From promise to delivery

What began as a promise has become a proud reality. VERSILIA by FORTRESS marks our first project in Jolshiri Abashon to be handed over — a milestone that carries deep emotion for us, as it represents the culmination of countless dreams and unwavering dedication.

Celebrated with those who made it possible

Completed on time and with the uncompromising quality we committed to, this achievement was shared with our honorable landowners in Jolshiri, valued investors, and clients along with their families and friends. The occasion was graced by the presence of our Founder Chairman, Lutfor Rahman Opu, whose vision leads us, alongside our respected VERSILIA Landowner and his family and friends.

A vision, now a place to call home

We owe this success to the strategic guidance of our Board of Directors. Their leadership, combined with the heart and soul of our Build Excellence team and the entire Fortress team, has made this meaningful journey possible. We are sincerely grateful for the trust and partnership that transformed a vision into a place our clients can now call home.
